South Shore Charter School proudly welcomes certified educators from around the world to join our community as Visiting International Teachers for up to five years. Through this program, international teachers bring their skills, creativity, and culture into our classrooms, broadening our students’ perspectives and enriching our school community. Our visiting teachers serve in a variety of subjects and grade levels, from Kindergarten through grade four, including Math, Science, English, Spanish, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Each visiting teacher is paired with a supportive mentor teacher and a dedicated school team to ensure a smooth transition to teaching and living in the U.S. At South Shore Charter School, we value global perspectives, cultural exchange, and professional growth, making this a life-changing experience for both educators and students.
