Qualifications of Successful Candidates

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Valid New York State Teaching Certification
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Exhibit excellent work ethic and organizational skills
  • Shows alignment to South Shore Charter School's mission and approach
  • Data driven educators with a track record of closing the achievement gap
